A. Personal Information
- Authentication Data: We use "Sign in with Apple" for secure authentication. We receive your anonymized user identifier (Apple User ID) to create and manage your account. We may also collect your email address if you choose to share it during the sign-in process.
- Game Data: We collect and store the text prompts (instructions) you write to generate games, as well as the generated game files and HTML content associated with your account.
B. Financial Data
- In-App Purchases: We process your purchases automatically through the Apple App Store. We do not process, collect, or store your credit card information directly. We use a third-party service, RevenueCat, to manage and track your in-app purchases and subscriptions. We only store an anonymized transaction record to credit your account securely.
2. How We Use Your Information
Having accurate information about you permits us to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience. Specifically, we may use information collected about you via the App to:
- Create and manage your user account.
- Generate games using third-party AI APIs based on the prompts you provide.
- Process transactions and manage your digital "Credits" balance.
- Sync your created games and credit balance across multiple devices.
- Respond to customer service requests and provide support.
- Identify and resolve technical issues or bugs within the app infrastructure.
3. Third-Party Services
The App utilizes selected third-party services that may collect information used to identify you or handle your data. These include:
- Apple: For authentication and processing App Store payments.
- RevenueCat: A secure backend service that handles the validation and management of your in-app purchases.
- OpenAI / Google Core AI Services: We may send your text prompts to an external AI engine to dynamically generate your game code. Personal identifiers are not sent along with your prompts.
4. Data Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. Your account is secured by Apple's secure token authentication. All data transfers between the App and our servers are encrypted using standard SSL/TLS protocols.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
We keep your information only as long as necessary to provide you with our services and for legitimate and essential business purposes. You may request to delete your account at any time utilizing the "Delete Account" feature within the App settings. Upon deletion, all personal data, authentication identifiers, and remaining credits will be permanently removed. However, please note that the game applications and text prompts you created prior to deletion may be fully anonymized (disassociated from your identity) and retained internally to maintain the stability of the public library and analytic purposes.
